Each whale shark is born with a unique pattern of dots and dashes on their body. Much like a human finger print, scientists use this pattern to help ID individuals. With this in mind we designed this cuff bracelet from a particularly curious “little” whale shark we photographed in the Maldives. To make the cuff, the pattern is drawn by hand, then transferred to metal and pierced/sawed/sanded/polished to make a one of a kind bracelet!
